Amazon Vendor is a growing account for Unicorn Products, and as a well established Amazon Vendor for many years, the growing administrative burden of processing orders was causing problems in the company. These problems included:
1) Delay in putting the orders onto SAP
2) Delay in giving the order to the warehouse for shipment creation
3) Delay in confirming the orders to Amazon Vendor
Amelia and Chris are responsible for the order processing for the UK and French accounts.
Before using KhooCommerce, how long were you spending managing your Amazon Orders?
Before KhooCommerce, on Amazon order days ( Mon/Wed) I was spending around 5-6 hours per day accepting UK orders. Chris was spending about 6 hours a week on French orders.
What impact has KhooCommerce had on your role?
It has very much streamlined the process and all the data and information is now in one place which makes it a lot easier to check off orders and cuts down on human error. It has allowed me a little more free time to attend other jobs as well as get shipments etc done a lot quicker for Amazon.

Since using KhooCommerce, what have been the biggest changes?
The biggest change is that within the same day of processing orders, the shipments can be done. This has helped myself and the warehouse get orders to Amazon quicker and well within the already small delivery window. I have also noticed invoicing is quicker and easier as there is no human error accepting/allocating stock. I think the time it has saved on having to process the orders manually has been the biggest and best change.
Can you estimate how much time KhooCommerce saves you each week?
It has easily saved me around 9-10 hours a week for UK, and 5 hours a week for France!

They are super helpful, if any issues I email or call and the problem is sorted straight away. They also call to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly. The KhooCommerce team have always been approachable and helpful when support is required and come back with a useful explanation.

What problems (if any) have you encountered working with KhooCommerce?
Product database was a small issue but once you get used to the system I now find it very easy to upload new products. There was an issue with mapping SAP accounts to the Khoo system, but this was quickly rectified by the KhooCommerce team.
What would you say to another company considering KhooCommerce?
100% would recommend KhooCommerce to anyone! This has saved me so much time and hassle inputting Amazon orders. Its quick and easy. Definitely, they won’t regret the time and hassle it will save.
