Initial Feasibility Meeting
To understand your current processes and systems, we suggest an initial feasibility meeting with our EDI consultants to map out your existing estate and also give your team the opportunity to ask any questions about the KhooCommerce software. Following this meeting, our team will pull together our recommendations and, should this be appropriate, an initial EDI implementation plan for your Amazon Vendor account.
If your Vendor account also serves the EU (under the Pan European scheme or through other marketplaces) or offers Direct Fulfilment, we will also cover these specifications within this meeting.
Consultation and Review
Following the initial meeting, our consultants will provide you with a feasibility study or proposal, giving your team recommendations on how to streamline your Amazon Vendor operations.
We shall review this with your team and build, with all key stakeholders, a project plan for implementing EDI within a timescale that fits your business objectives.
How long does an Amazon Vendor EDI Implementation take? The Amazon Vendor EDI documentation mandates a 6 month testing and implementation period however, our implementation times tend to vary between 4 -8 months.
Implementation, Training and Go-Live
Working with your business, our EDI developers will begin your implementation by setting up the EDI connection between our server and Amazon's. They shall then take your account through testing and production for each of the EDI messages.
Alongside this, our EDI consultants shall train your operations and dispatch team on how to use the KhooCommerce software and how this will change your existing processes.
We shall also work with your logistics partners to integrate your Advance Shipment Notice with their shipping requirements to automatically create shipments within their system for your orders.
In the run up to go-live, our team shall be on-site to help support final testing and a successful implementation of the KhooCommerce EDI solution.
