1) Download Excel Template File

2) Download your data from Amazon 

- Reports - Operational Performance - View Defect List

- Choose time range - CSV export 

3) Copy and paste all your data into the template sheet

4) Navigate to sheet 2 "ASIN data" and right click pivot table and click "refresh"

Map your time spent on Amazon Vendor

1. Download files

2. Fill out time spent on each process

3. Put a cost on each process

4. Think about the future - where will you be in 12 months?

5. Consider automation for admin processes.
